General conditions of use
Accessing and browsing this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) owned by SOFAR S.p.A.
(hereinafter referred to as “SOFAR”) is subject to the following terms and conditions.
By accessing and browsing the Site, the visitor (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor”)
expressly and unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions set out below.

Trademark and other industrial proprietary rights
The Site, all the data and all the illustrations contained therein, including the SOFAR trademark and logo, other mentioned trademarks and the domain name, are – unless otherwise specified – the exclusive property of SOFAR or of the parties indicated on a case-by-case basis that have granted SOFAR the related usage rights. The content of the Site may not be used by third parties in any way without prior written permission from the respective owners. It is prohibited to reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute or download the content of the Site by any means whatsoever, whether in whole or in part. Permission is given to make copies solely for non-commercial private and personal use.

Information provided on the Site
The Site contains information relating to health, physical fitness and various types of medical treatment. Decree 219/2006 that governs the advertising of medications for human use; these sites are in any case fully independent and beyond the control of SOFAR, which does not take any responsibility in this regard.
SOFAR does not take any responsibility for nor provides any guarantee for the accessibility, nature or content of any page or website of third parties connected to this Site via links. Visitors must therefore recognise that links to third-party sites are made at their own risk; they should take necessary precautions to prevent infection by viruses and check that such sites have an appropriate privacy policy.
No personal data transmitted to the sites accessible via links from this Site will be processed by SOFAR S.p.A., except to the extent specified in the Privacy Policy published therein.

Limitation of liability
Even though every effort is made to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, SOFAR does not take any responsibility nor provide any guarantee for the content of the Site, which must therefore be carefully evaluated by the Visitor. SOFAR cannot in any way be held responsible for inaccurate, inadequate or out-of-date information provided on the Site. The information contained on the Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographic errors. SOFAR reserves the right to make changes, corrections and improvements at any time without prior notice.

SOFAR will fully collaborate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing SOFAR to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such material on the Site.

Personal and other information
Visitors that provide data via data request forms or contact e-mail addresses present on the Site will find reference to the related privacy statement on collection and processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 13 of Leg. Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Act) and, where necessary, to the related request for consent to process their personal data. All Visitors who provide their personal data via the Site may exercise their rights under art. 7 et seq. of Leg. Decree 196/2003, and, in particular, request confirmation of the existence of their personal data and have it updated and corrected in accordance within the procedures and in the cases envisaged by law. Visitors
may also request at any time the deletion of all the data provided. All the information required by art. 13 of the Privacy law is contained in the Privacy Statement in the Contacts area. The Data Processing Owner is SOFAR, which may use the data for all the purposes set out in the Privacy Statement. The Data Processing Manager is Mr. A. Labruzzo, domiciled at the operational address of the Owner. Any information provided by a Visitor to the Site, including comments, proposals, ideas, e-mails or other, will be treated by SOFAR as non-confidential and non-proprietary. SOFAR will not have any obligation or responsibility of any kind with regard to this information and will be free to reproduce, disclose and distribute it to other Visitors to the Site. Furthermore, SOFAR will be free to use the ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in this information.

Applicable Law – Competent Court
These terms and conditions are disciplined, interpreted and governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Should one or more of these terms and conditions be illicit, void or otherwise not applicable under the laws of a certain country, such terms and conditions in such country shall be deemed deleted and not stated; the remaining terms and conditions shall remain valid and in force for all intents and purposes and shall continue to be binding and applicable under the laws of that country. Any disputes arising in connection with the interpretation of the terms and conditions of use of
this Site shall be settled solely by the Milan Court and shall be decided under the laws of the Italian Republic.

Revision of the terms and conditions. Failed acceptance
SOFAR reserves the right to revise and update the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Use of the Site after such revisions shall be deemed to represent unconditional acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. Visitors are bound by the terms and conditions and their revisions and they should therefore visit this page periodically to review the updates.
Should Visitors not fully accept the above-mentioned terms and conditions, they will be denied access to the Site and must immediately stop using it.
