The Plantago Ovata contained in Plantalax 3 has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system). It contributes to the regularity of bowel movements and the formation of normal stool consistency and volume.
METHOD OF USE
- Adults and children over 12 years of age: one sachet two to three times a day immediately before meals.
- Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, add non-carbonated water (200 ml), mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately. The eventual increase in the consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Plantalax 3.
- Since psyllium fibre may delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, make sure that there is at least a 2 hour gap from the time of taking Plantalax 3 to that of the medicines.
